Learn Robotics Courses 

We want you to be satisfied, so all courses purchased on Learn Robotics can be refunded within 7 days.

We recommend contacting the instructor prior to requesting a refund. All of our courses include 1-on-1 support to help you with the course material. If you’re having trouble with the course, try working with the instructor before giving up. It’s our goal to help you get through the course material!

Our 7-day refund policy is in place to protect students; however, we must also protect ourselves from fraud. If the majority of the course content was viewed, quizzes are taken, and/or certificate(s) earned before the refund was requested, the refund request may be rejected. Finally, students who purchase and refund multiple courses over an extended period may be subject to suspension for abuse of the refund policy.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to remove or ban anyone from our courses and/or support groups at any time if they do not adhere to the group rules specified within the group. 

Other Terms & Conditions

*Please note that in addition to the conditions above, we specifically do not offer refunds simply because you A) changed your mind, B) made it through the course and claim that you already knew everything or C) because of other extraneous, personal circumstances.

We do not make exceptions to any of our policies, pricing plans, etc. due to personal circumstances. We cannot pass judgment on various individual situations and decide which cases are genuine or “fair.” It isn’t fair to us or to anyone else to make exceptions for some people and not others. We sell informational and educational products, and this simply isn’t fair to us or to anyone else.

Learn Robotics Bundles

There are no refunds given on our bundled products. Here’s why…

We can KNOW that this bundle of robotics courses will rock your socks off! We’ve had hundreds of clients purchase our courses, and we can say with 100% confidence that these courses will provide you with everything you need to know to be successful with robotics.

It’s because of this that we do not offer refunds on this bundle. This bundle literally includes ALL of the knowledge that we have of the robotics and automation world thus far, and we KNOW how much it can do for you. We offer you a significant discount on our bundled courses, and for that reason, we cannot offer refunds.

Learn Robotics Downloads

There are no refunds given on our downloadable products. Once you purchase a digital product, you will automatically gain access to it. Therefore, we have no way of getting it back. Because of this reason, we cannot offer refunds on our downloadable products.

Learn Robotics Merchandise and Kits

This section applies to Apparel, Branded Products, and Robot Kits purchased through our online store.

Does Learn Robotics offer exchanges?

Due to fluctuating inventory levels, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. The most efficient way to ensure you get the item you are looking for is to return your purchase for a refund to the original form of payment and place a new order. This will guarantee you get the item, color, and size you need before we sell out.

For international orders or orders placed outside of the United States, all sales are FINAL. We will not accept exchanges.

What is your return policy?

For orders inside of the United States, after receiving your order you have 7 days after delivery date to contact Learn Robotics for a refund of your item. All original tags and packaging must remain on the product to receive a refund.

If the item is undamaged and in the acceptable condition the refund will be issued. Buyers will be responsible for return shipping, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded. All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

  • Apparel: All items must be unworn and unwashed. Items covered in animal/human hair will NOT be accepted. Items that smell like smoke, cologne, or deodorant cannot be accepted.
  • Robot Kits, Parts, Components: All items must be in their original packaging and unused in order to qualify for a refund. Items that appear to be opened, used, or damaged will NOT be accepted.

International Sales are FINAL. We do not offer returns for International Orders.


How do I return my item?

In the event you decide to return your item you must first contact Learn Robotics via email or through the Contact Us page. As previously mentioned, you have 7 days after receiving your items to initiate a return.  After contacting Learn Robotics you will then be directed to send back your items to our distribution center. Upon receiving and accepting your items we will issue a refund.

International Sales are FINAL. We do not offer returns or exchanges for International Orders.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

We do our best to completely process returns within 1-2 business days of the date they arrive.  Please note: Depending on your bank, refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear on your account. You will be refunded the order amount minus any applicable processing fees.

What if I type in the wrong shipping address?

Please enter your shipping information carefully. Packages within the US that must be reshipped due to a faulty shipping address will be charged an additional delivery fee and shipped via the method of our choice. Packages shipping outside the US may not be eligible for reshipment. Once an order has been delivered to the shipping carrier, we can no longer be responsible for its contents. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number (US and Canadian customers) so you can keep an eye on its progress.

How do I track my order?

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address listed on the order once your items have shipped. Shipping confirmations emails sometimes get caught in spam/junk mail folders so please add to your address book. If you have an account with us, you can also track your order on the My Account page.

How do I update my account?

If you created a Learn Robotics account at checkout, you can update your account information on the My Account page. It’s our goal to ship orders quickly; therefore, we typically cannot change shipping information once your order is placed.
