Robotics using Scratch

Robotics using Scratch, a Professional Development course, will teach you how to incorporate robotics and programming into your K-5 classroom. This course is designed for Educators looking to gain programming skills using robots so that they can incorporate robotics activities into their classrooms. At the end of this course, you will be able to write simple programs to solve Elementary robotics challenges. You will also receive lesson plans for projects that you can do with your students.

Who this course is for

We recommend taking this course if you are an Elementary Educator and have an interest in learning how to program robots. This course is designed for the absolute beginner. We will show you how to program and test mobile robots using Scratch for projects in Elementary Education.

This course is great for K-5 Professional Development, homeschool STEM training, or as a technical introduction for STEM instructors. Attendees should have basic computer skills and an interest in STEM Education, technology, coding, and electronics!
